Maestrale Project: Final Blue Energy Lab
The Final Blue Energy Lab of the Maestrale Project took place at AquaBioTech, Mosta, on the 20 September.
The event provided interesting insights on the blue energy sector, through a training session on entrepreneurship, energy technologies, legal framework and funding opportunities.
During the event, the two pilot projects for Malta, that are being carried out through the Maestrale Project, were presented. These consist of a marine thermal energy system and biofuels production from algae.
