On 29 October 2024 from 09.30 to 17:00 at the International Fair of Tripoli the Business Forum Italy – Libya will take place.

The initiative, which follows the meeting in Tripoli of the President of the Council of Ministers, On. le Giorgia Meloni, with Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Mohammed Dbeibeh of 17 July 2024, will provide for a Plenary Session and Round Tables, co-chaired by their Libyan counterparts, in-depth (simultaneously) dedicated to the following sectors (TB):

1. Energy
2. Fishing and agro-industry
3. Health and pharmaceuticals
4. Infrastructure and design

There will also be a special segment on Universities and Vocational Training

At the end of the plenary session, which will be preceded by the presentation of the Economic Framework of Libya and the financial instruments in support of the internationalization of Italian companies on the spot, a signing ceremony of bilateral agreements is planned.

The event will see the participation of important industrial groups involved in bilateral economic cooperation and the agencies of the two countries active in supporting the internationalization of companies. At the end of each table, Italian participants will have the opportunity to engage with their Libyan counterparts in a networking session.

On the sidelines of the event, at the Salone delle Esposizioni della Fiera, the exhibitions “CONNECT.IT” and “We are sea” will be set up.
