B-Blue partner from Spain University of Murcia (UMU) invites stakeholders to participate in the Work Café on Blue Biotechnologies (BBt).

Organization of Work Café is a very important part of B-Blue project as it will be starting point towards creation of BBt community in Spain.

The Work Café aims to:

1. collect the needs and priorities of the territorial stakeholders related to 3 specific value chains:

a) the production of algae for obtaining high added value compounds;

b) the valuation of products related to discards from fisheries and aquaculture;

c) innovation in aquaculture.

2. define the specific objectives of the BBt Hub in Spain in a participatory manner;

3. develop a plan of action for the BBt Hub in Spain and define the activities to be carried out.
