Interreg NEXT MED Proposal Masterclass in Tunisia: From Ideas to Competitive Blue Economy Projects | 9 September 2026 | Tunis, Tunisia
09 September 2026 - 09 September 2026
In the framework of the cooperation between WestMED and Interreg NEXT MED, a dedicated training on the rules, procedures and mechanisms for preparing and submitting Interreg NEXT MED project proposals will take place on 9 September in Tunis, targeting the Tunisian Blue Economy Community.
The session is open to all actors in Tunisia’s blue economy ecosystem — public institutions, private sector, companies and start‑ups, NGOs, associations, research and training bodies, as well as project leaders and professionals involved in designing and managing European projects.
The training will strengthen participants’ capacity to understand eligibility criteria, build effective partnerships, and meet administrative and financial requirements, while guiding them through the key steps of preparing and submitting a competitive proposal.
This initiative also aims to boost Tunisia’s participation in upcoming European blue economy calls, improve the quality of national proposals, and foster strong partnerships with Mediterranean counterparts.
As places are limited, priority will be given to those directly involved in developing projects for the next Interreg NEXT MED calls.
A key moment for Tunisia’s blue economy community – turning European funding opportunities into concrete projects that support innovation, investment, jobs and sustainable development across the Mediterranean.
